IFFRO Asia Pacific Committee Meeting
The International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisation (IFFRO) had their Asia Pacific Committee Meeting in Singapore – hosted by Copyright Licensing and Administration Society of Singapore (CLASS) at JEN Orchard Gateway Hotel on 13-14 April 2023.
This two-day event held fascinating discussions on various topics, including data mining, the implications of AI on the job market and copyright issues.
Ungu Pen Book Launch 2022
The Burung Kakaktua Series was launched on 4 September 2022. It comprises of two Malay language picture books, “Pokok Saga Istimewa” and “Awan Kecil”. The event,held at Malay Heritage Centre, was a fun-filled one with performances for the young and the young at heart.
Singapore Book Publishers Association Book Awards 2022
The 7th edition of the Singapore Book Awards returned in 2022 with 163 submissions from 35 publishers. The Grand Show was held on September 2022 at The Fullerton Hotel.
